Canon has announced a DSLR camera called the Canon EOS Kiss X3 in Japan and the Canon Rebel T1i in North America but is really called the EOS 500D.

The EOS 500D comes with a 15 megapixel sensor and will shoot 1080p HD video at 20 frames per second and preview it on it’s 3 inch LCD screen with a 920,000 dot resolution. There are specs such as an ISO rating of up to 12800, 50mm lens and store your videos on SDHC cards instead of the usual CF cards you will find in most DSLR cameras.
