AT&T First Femtocell for 3G UsersYesterday we introduced you to the Verizon Network Extender now here is the Femtocell for 3G users from AT&T.

Talks about the device has been in the Grape Vine since early last year and now it is finally available to AT&T consumers.

If you’re not familiar with the term femtocell, it’s basically a small device that hooks into your router (or it is built into your router in some cases) and uses your internet to boost the wireless signal.

The AT&T 3G MicroCell requires a broadband Internet connection and will support up to 10 3G cell phones in a home or small office.
