Yesterday Asus announced five new Notebooks which includes the K-series lineup. The Asus K-Series includes the Asus K50AB, Asus K70AB and the K50IJ. The Asus K50IJ is a 15.6-inch notebook PC which features a 15.6-inch LED backlit display with a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution.

The K50IJ comes equipped with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 500GB hard drive, an Intel integrated GMA 4500M graphics card and up to 4GB of RAM. Other specs includes an integrated webcam, Altec Lansing speakers with SRS surround sound, DVD burner and a 6-cell battery that gives up to 5 hours of usage.
