Asus is planning to release a new Eee PC Netbook early 2010. The new Notebook is the Asus Eee PC Seashell 2 1008P which is a pink special edition which was done by designer Karim Rashid. The Seashell 2 Netbook will boast Intel’s Pine Trail platform alongside the Atom N450 1.66GHz processor. It will carry a 160GB hard drive and only 1GB of RAM which is the regular for Netbooks as we can see.

There is a 10.1-inch LCD display with other specs such as WiFi Connectivity, a 1.3 Megapixel webcam plus built-in support for Bluetooth connectivity. It just happened that Hardware Zone got a Seashell 2 and took some really nice photos of it which can be seen after the break…
