Apple announced the iPhone 3G S at the WWDC 2009, the Apple 3G S is an update to the iPhone 3G with the “S” meaning Speed. The iPhone 3G S came and took the title of the fastest iPhone yet and boast the faster processor yet offering a speed 2 times faster than the original iPhone 3G.

The Apple iPhone 3G S offers new features such as a 3 megapixel camera with auto focus, VGA video recording at 30 frames per second and white balance. Cool refreshing features such as a built-in digital compass, support for 7.2Mbps HSDPA, Voice control functions and runs the iPhone OS 3.0.

The iPhone 3G S looks similar to the old version but has a water- and oil-resistant exterior finish. Expect to see the new iPhone 3G S out by July and being retailed as follows, the 16GB version going for $199 and the 32GB version going for $299, both with a 2 year contract.
