Acer America recently announced its TravelMate Timeline series of notebook which is targeted at business customers. The new TravelMate Timeline series includes the TravelMate Timeline 8571, 8471 and 8371 Notebook PCs. The series comes with an option of Intel Core 2 Duo Processors supporting Intel 64 architecture and equipped with the Intel GS45 Express chipset, and either 3GB or 4GB of fast SDRAM, the TravelMate Timeline notebooks provide the horsepower business professionals need for multi-tasking.

Each device also comes with Acer’s PowerSmart Manager which offers 8 hours of operation from its 6-cell battery when enabled. See specs for the TravelMate Timeline Series after the break…
