Acer America announced its new Aspire One AOD250 Netbook with dual-boot operating system including Android and Windows XP Home. The Aspire One AOD250 is a 10.1-inch Netbook which has a WSVGA Acer CrystalBrite LED-backlit Display and packs the power of an Intel 1.66GHz Atom N280 Processor, Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, 160GB Hard Drive and 1GB of DDR2 Memory.

With the Dual Boot feature users will be able to switch between Android and Windows XP Home operating systems with just a click of a mouse. Android allows the Aspire One netbook to boot up and shut down quickly with “instant on” Internet connectivity, saving time and boosting productivity. There are specs such as a Multi-in-1 Digital Media Card Reader, WiFi 802.11b/g connectivity, Bluetooth 2.1, Multi-Gesture Touchpad, Acer Crystal Eye Webcam, 3 USB 2.0 ports and built-in stereo speakers. The Aspire One AOD250 Netbook will be available in the colors of Ruby Red, Diamond Black, Sapphire Blue and Seashell White for a suggested market price of $349.99
