Along with the 640GB Hard Drives that A-DATA announced recently, there was the A-DATA SH93 which is the company’s first waterproof and shock resistant portable hard drive. It features US military’s MIL-810F standards for drop resistance and water resistance and can withstand being submerged in up to 3.3 feet of water for 30 minutes. It comes with two built-in USB 2.0 cables, including a standard size connector, a mini USB plus there is a transfer speeds of approximately 30MBps for data transfers.

The A-DATA SH93 Waterproof Hard Drive comes in the storage capacity of 250GB, 320GB, 500GB and 640GB in the colors of yellow or red. All the A-DATA new 640GB Hard Drives also comes with a free-download value-added applications HDDtoGO software that lets users work remotely from the drive without leaving any data behind on the host PC.
