Virgin Mobile UK has announced the launch of a new affordable smartphone to its customers, the Blade III from ZTE. This new budget-friendly smartphone is the successor to the Blade II, while it comes with similar hardware specifications the third generation version of the handset gets a new design.
ZTE is aiming the Blade III at entry-level users to the android platform and will be sold for the price of GBP 79.99. The Blade III comes with Android 4.0 operating system, it is powered by a 1GHz single-core processor with 512MB of RAM, plus it comes with 4GB of RAM with a microSD card slot that support cards up to 32GB.
There’s a 5-Megapixel camera on the rear of the handset, it supports Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, there’s a 4-inch touchscreen display with a 800×480 pixel resolution and also comes in GPS integrated.
