Onkyo is getting ready to try their hands at the tablet market with the release of the new SlatePad TA2C-A41R3 that runs the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.
The new tablet comes equipped with a 10.1-inch touchscreen display with a 1280×800 pixel resolution, its powered by a 1.6GHz ARM Cortex A9 dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM.
There’s a microSD card slot for saving movies, music and other files. It comes with connectivity options including Bluetooth 4.0 + HS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and an mini-HDMI port for sharing videos on your HDTV. Onkyo plans to start selling the SlatePad TA2C-A41R3 starting March 8th for the price of 25,800 Yen (about $278).
