Huawei’s new Ascend W1 Smartphone that was recently unveiled by the company is about to enter the US market shortly as it was granted approval from the FCC. According to reports, the handset is also about to be released in the UK and will enter the US market via prepaid carrier Net10.
As a reminder, the Ascend W1 comes equipped with a 4-inch IPS display that delivers a 480×800 pixel resolution, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.2GHz dual core processor plus it also comes with a Adreno 305 Graphics processor.
The handset will fall into the midrange of android smartphones, there’s a 5-megapixel main camera with auto focus and LED flash, there are no details as yet on exactly when it will be available and also no details on pricing.
