Archos recently added a new touchscreen device to their range of all-in-one media players, the MA-107 Smartbox that runs the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system which is now available on sale for about $200.
The new Smartbox comes equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen display plus its also fitted with speakers on each side of the touchscreen which makes it an ideal all-in-one media player.
The device is powered by a 1GHz Rockchip RK2918 ARM Cortex-A8 processor with Vivante GC800 graphics, 512MB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot for expansion. There’s a 2-megapixel front-facing camera plus the display provides a 1024×600 pixel resolution and has a 130 degree viewing angle.
