SanDisk has announced its new Ultra Plus series of SSDs that comes in the storage capacities of 64GB, 128GB and 256GB.
The SanDisk Ultra Plus comes in a 2.5-inch form factor and features a 19nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips. All models in the series also features a a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a Marvell controller and a MTBF of 2 million hours.
The Ultra Plus SSDs are capable of delivering read/write speeds of up to 520/155 MB/s (64GB Model), 530/290 MB/s (128GB Model) and 530/445 MB/s (256GB Model), respectively. The 64GB, 128GB and 256GB models are now available and goes for the price of $120, $170 and $250, respectively.
