Fujifilm has announced the availability of its new Fujifilm FinePix S6800 long zoom digital camera that comes equipped with a 16-megapixel 1/2.3-inch BSI-CMOS sensor which is ideal for capturing quality low noise images, especially with a sensitivity that go up as high as ISO 12800.
There’s one turn off for me on this new camera and its the fact that it is powered by four AA batteries instead of a rechargeable battery. Other than that, it comes with some impressive features such as an autofocus speed of 0.3 seconds, and a fast boot up.
It was designed with the option to start shooting images seconds after booting up. There is just a 0.5 second interval between shots too, with a continuous shooting speed of 10fps. Other than taking photos at close intervals, it is capable of recording Full HD videos at 60fps with stereo sound plus it has a secondary zoom control on the side of the lens barrel that lets you adjust the zoom with your left hand too.
Fujifilm will start selling the new FinePix S6800 Digital Camera soon and it will be available in the colors of black, white and red.
