Acer has expanded its line of Home Entertainment Projectors with the new Acer H6510BD. This is another Home Entertainment Projector that comes 3D ready and utilizes the DLP display technology. It is expected to initially hit the market starting on December 21st, but the pricing details remains unknown.
Other than being 3D-Ready, it features a Full HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, a 3000 ANSI lumens brightness, 10,000:1 contrast ratio and up to 5,000 hours of lamp life but only when operating in the ECO mode. It has auto keystone correction, wall color correction and a new feature called Instant Pack that resumes projection, if within two minutes, without waiting for a possible re-projection idling.
There are also a few connectivity options such as an HDMI port for use with your gaming console, Blu-ray player or high-definition DVD players. It does support 3D video playback but 3D glasses are required
