If you are one of those customer whose presently confused deciding between a notebook or a tablet.
Asus just unveiled its new Notebook/Tablet Hybrid at Computex 2012 namely called the Taichi. The convertible device comes equipped with an IPS display and it is the first hybrid with a double-sided IPS screen that we are aware of.
The display features LED backlight, it comes equipped with a trackpad and a full-size QWERTY keyboard. The device is powered by Intel’s 3rd generation Core i7 processor, it has 4GB of DDR3 memory, solid state storage options, dual-band 802.11b/g/n connectivity with front-facing and rear-facing cameras.
Simply close the lid and the other side reveals a second IPS display with multi-touch support. The multi-touch display on the opposite side share the same hardware as the notebook configuration which means you will own a tablet powered by an Ivy Bridge processor. The new Taichi dual-screen hybrid will be available in both 11.6-inch and 13.3-inch configurations but no pricing details has been announced.
