OCZ Technology unveils another Solid State Drive, it is the new Onyx 2 Series 2.5-inch Solid State Drive which is affordable and was designed for mainstream desktops and mobile systems. The Onyx 2 Series is based on MLC NAND flash memory and comes in the storage capacities of 120GB and 240GB models. It comes in a durable yet lightweight housing and offers speed of up to 265MB/s when writing, 270MB/s when reading plus up to 10,000 random write IOPS (4k aligned) performance.
