AT&T has announced that they will be offering the new Sharp FX Messaging Phone that comes with an integrated Mobile TV to their subscribers. Some of the main features of the Sharp FX Messaging Phone includes a 2-Megapixel Camera with video recording capabilities, it has a touchscreen display, a slide QWERTY keyboard and Bluetooth 2.1. The Sharp FX supports AT&T Address Book sync, AT&T Navigator for turn-by-turn direction, and Social Net for access to multiple social networking sites. The phone is also Mobile TV-capable.
The Sharp FX will be available on 25 July for $99.99 after main-in rebate with service contract. The handset looks somewhat similar to the Sidekick and should appeal to all fans of the Sidekick.
