In addition to the new 27-inch LED Cinema Display, Apple has also updated its iMac All-In-One Desktop PCs with the latest Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 processors. The new updated version of the iMac Desktops uses IPS LCD display with 178-degree viewing angle, they are all equipped with Up to 2TB of 7200RPM hard drive, a slot-loading 8x SuperDrive while the 27-inch model can get optional 256GB SSD.
The new iMacs sports dual-core Core i3/i5 dual core processors up to 3.6GHz or quad-core Core i5/i7 up to 2.93GHz, 4GB of RAM with the capability to store up to 16GB, dedicated graphics card up to ATI Radeon HD 5750 with 1GB video RAM plus support for Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, WiFi 802.11n, FireWire 800 port, four USB 2.0 port and a SDXC card slot.
They are available in four different configurations, the 21.5-inch Model that sports a 3.06 GHz Intel Core i3 for $1,199, the 21.5-inch iMac with a 3.2GHz Intel Core i3 CPU for $1,499, the 27-inch iMac with a 3.2GHz Intel Core i3 for $1,699 and the 27-inch iMac with a 2.8GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 and option to upgrade to Core i7 for $1,999.
