Hammacher Schlemmer has announced its new Television and Theater Amplifier device which comes with an adjustable foam loop for over-the-ear comfort while watching your favorite movie or TV show. The Personal Television Amplifier is a wireless rechargeable earpiece amplifies sound from a television, radio, or theater by up to 50 decibels.
The Amplifier comes with a directional microphone that amplifies high- and low-frequency sounds to produce rich and easy to hear tones. The device comes with a battery that offers up to 18 hours of use and is priced at $29.95.
