JVC has introduced its new Everio GZ-HM1 Full HD camcorder that is ideal for high-end video enthusiasts and semi-professionals. The Everio GZ-HM1 utilizes back-illuminated technology which makes the sensor more sensitive to light, thus allowing it the Everio GZ-HM1 to capture high quality images even in low-light locations.
The Camcorder features a KONICA MINOLTA HD LENS with 16x dynamic zoom, new optical image stabilization system with Advanced Image Stabilizer, Face Detection, ISO up to 6400 for stills, and K2 Technology for High-Quality Audio. Some notable specs includes a 1/2.3-inch 10.62 megapixel Back-illuminated CMOS sensor for recording 1920×1080p Full HD video in AVCHD format and real 10 Megapixel still images The JVC GZ-HM1 is capable of Time-lapse recording, High-Speed Recording (600fps) for Ultra-Slow Motion Playback, 15fps 10 Megapixel Motor Drive Shooting and simultaneous recording of Full HD Video and 5.7 Megapixel stills.
It comes with 64GB internal memory and SD/SDHC card slot and should be available in march for a price of $1,199.95.
