Since this year it has become very common to hear the term “Yellow Light of Death” YLOD on Tech Blogs and Forums. But what is the YLOD, the Playstation Yellow Light of Death is the equivalent to the Xbox’s “red ring of death”. It is basically the Playstation 3 console overheating and causing it to malfunction. Motorola has added a new member to their Razr Series, its the new RAZR Luk MS500W ultra slim phone which supports HSDPA 7.2Mbps. The Handset was first introduced in Korea and features a 2.2-inch LCD screen, an external screen, a 1 Megapixel camera with digital zoom, integrated media player, Bluetooth and a microSD expansion slot like most of the Razr Phones.

The thing that makes the RAZR Luk MS500W different is the 18K Gold plated keypad and a white casing. At the moment we have no idea of how much the handset will cost but we will keep on a look out for you guys.

Press Photos of the Motorola i465 iDen Qwerty Phone has been leaked on the internet. The iDEN Cellphone will feature a full QWERTY keyboard and will probably be exclusive to Sprint Nextel. Other than the highlighted full Qwerty keyboard the phone will be featuring Push-to-Talk function, Bluetooth 2.0, a digital camera and a Web browser.

There is no word or announcement on when the phone will be available but we will be on the lookout for you.

TG Sambo recently announced the Averatec Star which is a 13.1-inch wide notebook PC. The Laptop was released in South Korea as part of the celebration for the fifth anniversary of Averatec brand. The new notebook will be powered by an Intel Centrino 2 processor, 3GB of RAM and up to 320GB of hard drive capacity.

The Notebook measures 1cm thick and weighs 1.7Kg. The notebook will be available in a aluminum finish with silver color.

Other than the W2261VG LCD LG also launched the 22-Inch W2253V-PF, 24-Inch W2453V-PF and the 27-Inch W2753V-PF HD Monitor. These HD 1920×1080p Monitors features a contract ratio of 1000:1 to 50000:1, a brightness level of 300cd/m2 for the 22 Inch model and 400cd/m2 for both the 22 Inch and 27 Inch.

All the monitors has a DVI-D HDCP, D-SUB, and HDMI port and will be announced soon.

Sony announced the Walkman NW-S736FK and the NW-S738FK Media Player to their consumers in Japan. The new series of Walkman Media Player comes with a 2-inch LCD display along with superb sound quality. The player also has a a 5-band equilizer plus an FM Tuner.

The Players will play media formats such as MP3, WMA, ATRAC, WAC, AAC audio, AVC H.264, MPEG 4, WMV9 video and JPEG images. Both players comes with basically the features expect the NW-S738FK comes with a 8GB internal memory and the NW-S736FK comes with only 4GB of Storage. No prices announced just yet but Japanese consumers can expect the player by March 14th in the colors of Black, Gold, Red and Pink.
