Man arrested at gunpoint after police mistake his MP3 player for a gun
With mp3 players coming in so many different shapes now i wasn’t surprized when i heard that Darren Nixon, 28, was arrested and put in police cell for simply listening to music on his way home from work. According to the police they were acting on a tip from the public. They follow Darren via CCTV (closed-circuit television) as he boarded a local bus. He was then detained, authorities took DNA and fingerprint samples from Nixon, and about an hour later, released him with a quick apology for the inconvenience.

I know this is abit off topic but i just think these photoshopped images are so awesome i had share them with you. I can use photoshop to resize images, change images to black and white etc, just simple things like that so when i saw these i was amazed.

Microsoft has announced that it will make the Service Pack 1 update available this month to some consumers. The service pack will be made available to MSDN and TechNet Plus subscribers, many of whom lashed out at Microsoft on its TechNet Plus blog with venomous comments.

Sony Ericsson introduces its first PDA phone, XPERIA X1, running the Windows Mboile 6 OS. 3G/HSDPA enabled Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 is a slider phone with 3-inch LCD touchscreen. Sony Ericsson itself is positioning Xperia X1 is a “game changing device” that that will take convergence to new levels. The company is avoiding use of the term “smart phone”, according Suzanne Cross, head product marketing manager for Sony Ericsson North America.

One commentator hailed Xperia X1 as the new reference in terms of productivity and entertainment, and “the most exciting Windows Mobile phone since the Blackjack 2.” Another observed that X1’s “luscious aluminum shell” and “amazingly sharp display” would “put Apple’s [iPhone] to shame.”
