Apparently Microsoft has sold 1 million units of their iPod killer since November 14, 2006. At this rate it is estimated that microsoft will take approximately 50 years to sell 99 million units of the Zune at that time probably Media Players will be available in the size of a ring… Where will the iPod be then? Probably 99 Zillion. Loopy ain’t it???

The phone weighs 60 gram (!) and gives you 200 minutes of talk time and 80 hours standby. The phone is designed by SMS Technology Australia and will cost you over $800. Pretty cool!

The unit lacks stuff like HDMI or DVI digital monitor outputs, but I guess there’s a limit of how much you can cram into such a small box.

Intel has unveiled a new laptop that is extremely petite. The laptop is in fact only a quarter of an inch thicker than a Motorola RAZR, and we all know how thin that one is. The laptop weighs in at 2.25 pounds. So far so good - what’s the bad news? Well, the bad news is that the laptop isn’t available yet, and it’s uncertain whether it will be in the near future. Possibly late this year or early 2008 - and it will cost you plenty of $

Motorola RAZR takes a fresh breath

motorola_v9.jpgMotorola officially unveiled the Motorola RAZR2 V8 and V9 models. These are the descendants of the highly popular Motorola RAZR V3 which paved the way for the ultra slim trend in the mobile world. The Motorola RAZR2 comes in two versions - the first one is the Motorola RAZR2 V8 which has quad-band GSM/EDGE network support, while the second one is the Motorola RAZR2 V9 which is a quad-band GSM/EDGE/3G/HSDPA-enabled device.

Design-wise, the RAZR2 has received an enormous facelift in both looks and style. It is thinner than every previous RAZR model and it has a new flushed-out metallic design with some hardened glass to protect all those square inches of displays that it offers.

Sony Ericsson P1

Sony Ericsson P1
The 5th generation Sony Ericsson smart phone is now official news. The successor to the P990i is 25% smaller and features improvements in functionality, design, speed and battery performance. My biggest concern with the P990i was that it was quite hard to use, and really, really slow so I really hope that Sony Ericsson has focused on those issues while working out the new P1.
